rePAPER received the family-friendly certificate issued by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. What is this certificate and which company can earn it?

The Purpose and Benefits of Family-Friendly Certificate!

According to [ACT ON THE PROMOTION OF CREATION OF FAMILY-FRIENDLY SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT], the certificate is issued to an enterprise that supports employees’ childbirth and nurture and practices a flextime work arrangement so that workers can have balance between work and their life. Through this awarding system, the Ministry expects to reinforce national competitiveness by enhancing an employee’s job satisfaction, bringing positive effects on the low birth rate and aging society issues while a company improves its social image.

rePAPER received the certificate for not only being complied with the regular Labor Standards Act, but also for its thoughtful management towards the employees. Considering the average score for SMEs is 79.9, rePAPER’s high score of 94.5 indicates that the company meets all the standards and the work atmosphere is well-organized for the employees.
