Professor Kim, Hyung Jin from Kookmin University, explained about ISO standardization and an example of suggesting TC6(paper fields) to be taken for international standards. Professor Ryu, Jeong Yong from Kangwon University presented the current status in distribution of recyclable paper resources in Korea and effective technology for quality analysis. The test allows KCL to evaluate the repulpable amount of paper-based packaging quantitatively which has not been available in Korea. KCL also set a goal to establish testing standards for resource circulation and to suggest the international standards of ISO on material recycling in paper field in Korea through the seminar.
The academy,
business, and research institutions will continuously work on the establishment
